Crafting risotto is a meticulous process, and we spared no effort in perfecting its unmistakable texture. Each grain of rice is cooked to 'al dente' perfection, with delightful bursts of flavor from tender boletus mushrooms hidden within. Finish it off with a sprinkle of Pecorino Romano and fresh parsley for a truly exquisite dining experience.
