Delivery
We aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible and in perfect condition.
At Base Camp Food, all UK orders over £15.00 have standard UK delivery for free! Orders under £15.00, standard UK delivery is only £2.95.
Depending on the size of your order we will either use Royal Mail or, for larger orders, DPD or FedEx as our courier partner.
Deliveries will typically take 3-5 working days. We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, with a tracking number if applicable.

Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 3.00pm (order cut off 1pm)
Saturday - Sunday: Closed
We offer Faster Tracked Delivery at a cost of £5.95 via DPD or £4.50 via FedEx per order regardless of weight or order value. Faster delivery will guarantee your order will be delivered within 2 working days if DPD or FedEx. We aim to dispatch orders that are placed before 1pm each day (Mon-Fri). Royal Mail 24 can be chosen if preferred but cannot be guaranteed.
Please enter any special delivery instructions when you checkout and we will pass to our couriers.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods such as food. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank / credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at orders@basecampfood.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to orders@basecampfood.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you request a returns label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchase delivery insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty & Repair
For any warranty or repair evaluation, please use the following email address orders@basecampfood.com and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
Please provide as much information as possible to explain the issue and if you could also state your order number within this email.
When returning any items they must be within a reasonable state. Meaning, clean (free of mud) and dry condition. If items fail to meet this standard, we reserve the right to return them to you without action, and additional postage costs will have to be met by yourself.
