This DoFE ration pack provides the participant with a breakfast, main & desert plus the option to add a flapjack to keep up energy levels on their way!
This pack will include:

(1 x Torq Explore flapjack is optional)

Meal Serving Instructions:
Can be eaten cold but heating brings out the best flavours. Heating options:
- empty content into suitable pot and heat on your stove
- place the foil pouch unopened into boiling water for 7-8 minutes then open and enjoy
