Warehouse Supervisor - Permanent Contract
Base Camp Food is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis.
Hours:
- 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, organised Warehouse Supervisors to run the day-to-day operations of our fulfilment warehouse in Melbourne, Derbyshire. You will lead a team of five, ensuring orders dispatched through our website, Amazon, and other marketplaces are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Alongside order fulfilment, you will take ownership of goods-in, stock management, and replenishment — including raising purchase orders when stock levels require it.
This is a key operational role suited to someone who takes pride in a well-run warehouse, leads by example on the shop floor, and can keep a small team motivated and on track during busy periods.

About You:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics environment
- Experience supervising or leading a small team
- Familiarity with ecommerce order fulfilment — website and/or marketplace orders (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
- Confident using warehouse systems, scanners, and basic IT (email, spreadsheets)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain performance during busy periods
- Good communication skills — able to brief and motivate a small team
- Comfortable raising purchase orders and managing basic stock administration

- Monday, Tuesday & Friday: Hours to be agreed 6hrs per day
- Additional hours available during busier months
- Opportunity for extra shifts to cover holidays
