Excellent

Just recently canoed the lakes and the Gotta Canal in Sweden 🇸🇪 and these gels were brilliant, especially when it was hot and clamy, giving you that boost you need. All the flavours were tasty. Am just starting touch rugby 🏉 so will be ordering some more of these gels .

These gels have such authentic flavours - apple crumble is my favourite! Not too sweet, not too gloopy or sticky and seem to work really well for marathon training.

I like these Gel's and have been exerimenting with a few brands in training for my first Marathon. Felt most benefit wih these Gels and a bonus, they are the best tasting.
