    PREP:  Add approx 300 - 350ml boiling water, stir well and cover for 7 minutes, eat and enjoy!

    Can also be made with cold water if left to stand overnight.

    Ingredients:  oats (gluten), cashew nuts 23%, dates (dates, rice flour), millet flakes, flaxseed, raw cane sugar, goji berries 2% (sulphurised), coconut milk powder, raspberries, salt, lemon, mixed spice.

    Refreshing whole food!

    The food tastes fantastic and is so easy to prepare. Boil the water then add the food and stir.

    It makes such a nice change to boil in the bag meals.
    I’m would highly recommend.
