Each serving contains 100 calories. For endurance workouts, combine 2-3 scoops (2-3 servings) with 590-710ml of water and sip over an hour. Adjust the dosage based on your individual caloric requirements during training, utilising hunger as a reference point.
When you use Tailwind well, it’ll keep you feeling energised and happy, not hungry or too full. On warmer days, keep your calorie intake the same but drink more water.
