Easy to prepare. Very tasty and filling. Summit to Eat are probably my favourite brand of meals.
This was my first try of a ration pack like this and I wasn't expecting much. I was really impressed by the taste and convenience. I was especially impressed by the ingredient list - all natural and not a single E number! I had the big pack after a day on the hill and was very well satisfied, and well set up for the next day.
I like to keep a few of these meals in for adhoc trips and the like. Just for convenience mainly. This range is cheaper than the rest (comparatively) and this is by far the best meal in the range. But I am increasingly looking at other options. E.g. Cooking from scratch on a stove just takes a bit more planning and discipline and is a lot cheaper. Still the best price from base camp food though 👍🏻
I've tried lots of various dehydrated meals, I would say Summit to Eat are probably the best on taste and certainly cost 👍
My fav so far..
