Summit to Eat Beef and Potato Stew

Had these before and I like them as they are very filling Some people say their hard but if you leave the bag sealed for 10 minutes longer then you're told to then the food comes out great and cooked very well.

I'm sure everyone would like these if the manufacturer changed the seal time on the instructions. I still remember the first one I had I followed the instructions perfectly and the food was hard and horrible however now I know to leave it and extra eight to ten minutes I love these meals and as long as you leave them a bit longer I can highly recommend them.

It was crispy beef and mushy vegetable, sauce tastes like gravy, don’t recommend, also lots of fat very unhealthy. Props for the calories and how light it is. If you’re going out and need something high calories and light, get this. However, if your respect your body and mind on how unhealthy and disgusting it tastes, I’ll leave it up to you

I had the Summit to Eat Beef and Potato Stew meal on a ski trip in Arctic Norway. It tastes really good. I've recently bought more StE meals including this one for another ski trip to Norway in March.

Great taste, plenty of veg, really warming after a cold day out walking.

Very very filling. Also tastes great once you add salt & pepper, but perhaps that's just me.
This is not a lunch or a snack this is an evening "meal" because you will feel full after eating and just want to sleep.
