Designed for use with Precision Fuel Flow Gel, the Flow Bottle and Flow Flasks are designed to support accurate carbohydrate tracking and help athletes meet fuelling targets.
The Flow Bottle 300 and Flow Flask 300 are both designed to hold a full pouch of Flow Gel, providing up to 300g of carbohydrate in a single bottle or flask. The Flow Flask 120 (120g carbohydrate capacity) is intended for shorter training sessions and events.
