Sodium (300mg) – aids fluid balance/retention, nerve function & muscle contractions
Potassium (150mg) – alleviates and prevents muscle cramping
Magnesium (25mg) – aids in muscle function & relaxation
Calcium (13mg) – supports bone health and regulates muscle contractions & heart rhythm
Chloride (40mg) –helps move fluids in and out of cells, important for electrolyte and fluid balance
Ingredients: Acidity regulator (citric acid), minerals (sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, potassium chloride, magnesium oxide), glucose, vitamin c (l-ascorbic acid), natural flavourings, sweetener (steviol glycosides from stevia), safflower extract concentrate.

Directions: Add one tablet to 300ml of water. Wait until dissolved. Consume immediately. One Tablet to be taken 3 times a day. Do not exceed the daily dose.
