Lyo foods review

First encountered these dehydrated meals whilst throughhiking the Gr20, I'd run out of the usual adventure food/firepot meals, so I resupplied with various Lyo meals, they turned out to be some of the best I'd tasted and rival the real turmat, they are superior quality and taste great. Worth paying the little extra if you love your gub😉

Reallu yum, but I prefer using a bit less water than it says as I like it thick lol

Delicious breakfast

We had heard about the excellent taste of these meals and this porridge was delicious.

High on taste, low on calories

A tasty pudding with good balance between sweet and sour, but as a start to the day its 350 calories leave me hungry for more. An expensive alternative to my breakfast staple of porridge oats, prunes and nuts; perhaps one to supplement my standard breakfast for variety's sake every once in a while.
