Works really well with different-sized, Jetboil-compatible, screw-on gas cans, if a little tight. But when I am in a basecamp, I prefer to use larger cyliders, up to 450g, and have had problems in some places purchasing the screw-on cans. So I have had to use cans with 'push and turn' fitting with a PAT Adapter from Kovea. This makes the stove assembly a little taller and so the stabiliser becomes even more important. Unfortunately the locating hooks for larger cans, on the stabiliser arms, are just too tight to accommodate e.g. a 450g CalorGas, push and turn, butane/propane fuel can . . . What a pity! But thanks all the tame to Base Camp for good service and speedy delivery.
