Ingredients: Long Grain Rice (30%), Cooked Diced Chicken (11%), Diced Onion (11%), Diced Red Peppers (7%), Green Beans (7%), Sweetcorn (7%), Rapeseed Oil, Cooked Omelette Strip (4%) (Whole Egg (from Free Range), Water, Cornflour, Salt, Lemon Juice, Pepper), Minced Garlic, Teriyaki Sauce (Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, GM Free Soya Beans, Roasted Wheat, Sugar), Spirit Vinegar, Ginger, Salt, Garlic, Modified Maize Starch, Salt, White Pepper).

Preparation
- Open the pouch at the tear notch and remove the oxygen absorber.
- Carefully add 200ml of boiling water to the pouch.
- Stir the contents well and seal the pouch.
- Leave to stand for 8 minutes, stir again, season to taste and enjoy.
