Inspired by the traditional North African paste, Firepot Harissa Peanuts feature a custom harissa blend created for a rich balance of heat and smoky flavour. Built on a tomato base, the sauce combines whole guajillo, ancho, and arbol chillies to deliver layered spice and depth.
Tomatoes, fresh red peppers, and dried chillies are oven-smoked with whole caraway and cumin seeds, creating earthy undertones, fruity notes, and the distinctive warmth associated with classic harissa flavours.
