I had the risotto whilst camping out near a Alpine glacier for a fortnight. The night I opted for the mushroom risotto, myself, my partner and two colleagues were all pleasantly surprised. Overall it was very nice, just what we needed after 10 hours out on the glacier. The only minor criticism I had was the slight powerful taste of pepper... But as risotto goes, given their time to cook fresh and the nutrition added this was delicious and suited our diets and requirements well that evening! Thank you.
