Eaten as part of a lightweight Scout expedition, with hot water. Did not need that many calories so just kept part for later, was still fine to eat cold in the evening. Quite sweet but delicious. Easy to use.

Used on three consecutive mornings during a backpacking trip. Ready to eat in minutes. Plenty of energy to set you up for the day. Good taste.
I used this porridge twice, on consecutive mornings, over a bikepacking MTB weekend.
Day one I had hot (just add boiling water and let it rehydrate).
Day two I had cold (just add cold water, etc).
The ingredients are natural and, somewhat to my surprise, the taste of both was excellent!
I was energised first thing and stayed off poor quality carbs, a perfect start to 12 hour plus pedalling days.
Light, easy to use, effective, tasty!!
