Meatballs originate from Italy, but they have fans all over the world – especially in Northern America and Scandinavia. Adventure Menu's meatballs are made out of tender beef, mixed with basmati rice and flavoured with parsley, salt and pepper. And that's it! No artificial ingredients needed to make these delicious treats any tastier. The sweet tomato sauce with root vegetables and tomato paste, has slight undertones of cinnamon and we've found this to be especially popular with our kids, so I'm sure it will be a hit with yours too.
The balancing of meat and basmati rice in this meal is perfect at making the meal nutritionally balanced as a whole. However – if you want to combine the meal with pasta for example, you will get two very filling courses for your lunch and dinner.
