Really tasty and filling

Used this on this recently on the West Highland Way after along 20+ mile day so I wanted something quick and filling. I wasn’t disappointed, it was easy to prepare, very filling and tasty. I’ve tried other brands version of chilli con carni and they are nowhere near as nice.

Wow

Real food, just freeze fried. Best I have tasted, ever. I was so impressed with the quality and flavour, nicely spiced. It has restored my faith in the freeze dried expedition food options.

Very tasty, with a nice bit of bite.

I am really impressed with Real Turmat meals. Of all the dried hiking and backpacking meals I have tried, these are the most tasty and filling. The Chilli is no exception. A really decent Porton size, this is very very filling, for comparatively little weight and bulk. Nicely seasoned with a definite chilli kick (without being too hot). In my opinion, these meals are worth the price.

The best expedition food we have ever had.

We took 100 meals of Real Turmat with us on a week long rowing expedition into the North Sea, where we were training for an arctic expedition next year. The praise for the food was universal and unprompted. I cannot overstate the importance of having top quality food waiting for you after a hard shift at the oars, and I believe that it was one of the main reasons that morale was so high during this trip. It is simple to prepare (2-5 minutes) and every type of meal is delicious.

Real Turmat is as close to restaurant quality as I have ever seen. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
