Yummy sweet treat

Love these deserts, packed full of energy & a great treat to end the day.
For boil in bag food just pop the pouch into a small clear oven roasting bag in your pot of water, bag can be constantly reused & keeps the water free of glue from lables or any other possible contaminates allowing you to safely use it for brews, and hydrating food if having any freeze dried.
Always cook with mains pouch, or in water being boiled for freeze dried & brew.
Turn stove off once main cooked, or water boiled for dried, then just leave pudding sitting in hot brew water until needed. The longer cooking time has always made these puddings super soft & fluffy, if water too cold when ready to brew and/or eat pudding simply reboil, takes far less time & gas than from stone cold.
