Decent breakfast

There is a good amount of sausage in this and I enjoyed it. I just think it’s a little bland and could do with a bit more flavouring. However saying that I find a lot of the ration packs too spicey, something in the middle would be good

A little luxury

Sometimes, after dragging the pack around all day, I don't want to bother with too much food preparation. The sleeping bag looks warm, rain starting... so I ripped into the packet and heated it through in a pan, which didn't take long at all. I was very pleasantly surprised and the lovely taste and texture of the sausage. Being vegetarian is increasingly easy, and with ration packs like this it is even easy to backpack a healthy, tasty, ready meal.
It is also good to know that with Base Camp Foods, you are only an email away from a quick response to any query.
In summary I enjoyed the product even more than I had expected to. I will definitely pack this meal again.
