Summit to Eat Custard Apple Crunch

First time of trying this pudding, after a few recommendations and it lived up to the hype! Took a little more water than stated to get to a consistency that I liked but that’s a personal choice thing. Really nice flavour. Will be ordering again.

OK, so that headline is perhaps a wee bit sarky. However, regular users of freeze-dried meals will understand what I mean when I say that they have to be judged within their own context. In other words, they can rarely be mistaken for home-cooked dishes, which is perfectly understandable. This dessert, however, does a pretty good impression of the real thing and is one of my absolute favourites for that reason.

You won't want to over do the water on this one but if you get it right it's a really good treat!

To date this is both myself and my 12 year old sons favourite dessert. Not as crunchy as hoped but a very good flavour

Almost as good as my late grandmother's crumble! Well as good as it gets for a dehydrated dessert, tried one of these a few years ago and to be honest can't help myself adding a few aof these to my cart when ordering.
