Breakfasts include the tasty Oats and Blueberries for a high energy start to the day with 800Kcal and only 180g.
Already one of the most popular main meals containing meat is the Beef and Potato Hotpot 800Kcal. For those of you who prefer some spice the Chicken Tikka is a tasty combination of chicken and rice in a spicy Tikka sauce.
