Favourite puddings

This has to be my favourite for a number of reasons.. it’s very tasty .. it lacks a good number of calories and it’s easy and quick to prepare … oh .. and it doesn’t require much water … I’ve used it more than a few times on a lunch stop, particularly on the TGOC adding some calories before an arduous afternoon hike
