Extreme Expedition Food Mexican Chilli Con Carne - 1000 Kcal

Bought for an overnight bike packing trip. I’d buy this again but would defo take extra rice as there wasn’t quite as much as I prefer. Tasted fine, but the beans didnt soften even after 15 minutes standing, might be it needs a simmer instead of standing in the bag, but thats tricky with one large mug to cook with. Would buy again, but if the same happens I’ll be looking for an alternative.
