Great customer service

To follow up my previous one star review, the product seemed to be well made, but a design change makes it incompatible with my Micro Squeeze.
Laura has been very helpful and kindly offered to supply one of the previous design which should fit; an offer I have accepted.
So five stars for customer service.

We have followed up with Sawyer off the back of your review, it appears that the SP110 design has slightly changed, which makes it not compatible with the SP2129 anymore. We have updated the website to reflect this.
We have sent an email to resolve the issue directly to you if you could come back to us that would be great.
