Really enjoyed this meal. Quick delivery, so easy to prepare, taste was excellent. So much in a bag. Top quality in every way.

Pay for what you get

Another outstanding meal from Real Turmat. As soon as you open it before adding water you can tell it’s going to be good. Packed with quality ingredients and full of flavour.
Worth every penny

Very tasty but overpriced

The reindeer stew was very well seasoned and had nice enough chewy beef jerky style 'flaps' (rather than chunks) of meat and but at 12 quid I'd expect way more calories (under 600... - you'd need at least 4 a day to maintain an adult male sitting on a couch, let alone hiking over mountains - that's 50 quid plus a day!). Also, the base of it was essentially Smash and it had that very processed floury potato texture. If it was 7 quid I'd be giving it four stars... as it is, I think these are a tad over hyped and certainly over priced.

Fantastic for wild camps

Twice had this on the mountains. Really tasty comfort/recovery food after a long trek. Really light to carry as it’s dried and is ready to eat in 9 mins ( includes time to boil some water). Packaging folds away to a small square to carry home.
