Good but expensive

Leo it’s my favourite fast food. Easy to make and light for backpacking. But… they are hilarious expensive. Average price £11 is just to much

Good meal

This is certainly one of the better dehydrated meals I've had. Perhaps a tiny bit salty, but will buy again.

Lovely meal, about the highest protein of any commercial freeze-dry. Exotic too.

Ate 2 of these last Summer backpacking across the Hardanger plateau, Norway. Folk who complain it's not got as many calories as it might, look at the nutrition. 37% protein, beat that! Of course other freeze-dried stuff full of palm oil flakes will have more calories. I just added a cheap (35 p) cup noodle to each meal, boosted the carbohydrate. And it makes a change, having barley as the carbohydrate. In England at least, exotic, makes a nice change.
