Solo Stove Lite + Solo Stove Pot 900

Excellent product, which is seriously well built. It's well-enough insulated that it doesn't damage the ground underneath, and it's held up well for a 3 day trip with a few fires each day. It took me a bit of fiddling to get a burn that brings it to a rolling boil, but I've found that the trick is to add in a bit more kindling at the top, through the burner hole, which adds the last bit of heat to bring everything to a boil. Love the way the stove nestles inside the pot, which makes the whole setup quite compact.

This is very well made product and looks quite stable with the 900 pot atop. I've got a Trangia stove which with a light push fits neatly inside if you need a quick fire going or surrounding woodland is damp or sparse. I've bought this to take night fishing and to provide a heat source on those cold winter fishing mornings. My boy loves collecting twigs and using the firestarter to get the tinder going! It's put the fun back into cooking outdoors! Very pleased and sure this product will give years of service.

I bought this for a bit of fun. It’s not going to be practical for every camping scenario but great addition to the camp stove arsenal and suited to the ‘mindful’ camper who prefers the experience vs speed. Already used it once and it’s a pretty efficient stove, boiling 2mugs worth of water in about 10-15 mins with a homemade fire starter and 4 x thumb size 1-2cm diameter twigs. Likely to need a sheltered spot if you want water to boil in your lifetime and don't want to carry a tall wind shield. Pretty compact set up though with the stackable pot.

Haven’t used yet but the stove looks very well made. Packs up nicely with the cooking pot and is lightweight. Looking forward to using it.
