Delicious and so convenient

I did the DofE award to gold as a kid, and remember the trauma of some undercooked, plain tasting, not so nutritious evening meal.

These are just wonderful. Easy to transport, easy to heat, delicious with minimal input.

My daughter said the vegetable curry was really good even cold, though the pasta bolognese was not so tasty when cold.

Regardless, such an easy solution to DofE meals.

Good deal too, and well transported-my daughter took one extra on her expedition , didn’t eat it, and it came back just as perfect as when it left three days earlier.

Ok.

Tastes nice but very overpriced. I'll make my own and pop them in a mylar bag. Fair enough pricing for dried lightweight food but not for fresh when you can make your own.

Bought wayfarer pouch meals many times over the years as they are excellent for the type of camping we do , excellent prices, communication , quick delivery.. all the meals taste great too.

Tasty meals

Got a couple of the wayfarer meals for my son's DofE. He tried a couple before we committed(thanks to the free delivery) and I had a taste too and thought it was really tasty considering it's a ready meal in a pouch. Especially after I'd been warned by older seasoned mountain marathon men that these sorts of meals aren't tasty at all. I think they must have come a long way in the last few years. So I was very impressed. Although this means he asked for a dessert now too lol
