Summit to eat are the best foods under the backpacking umbrella and the pasta bolognaise could be the best. When you add water, something magical happens and it is hard to convince your taste buds that you are eating a dried meal. Honestly, give it a go, you will not be disappointed
My favourite meal from Summit to Eat. Was a delight at the end of a long day's hiking the Beacons Way.
One of my favourite recipes. Very tasty. Not too much salt which I find in some of the other manufacturers meals.
Ordering and delivery were great but not yet been able to use.
Haven't eaten these 2 yet as they're for a multi day hike coming up, but for the last year or two the Summit to Eat Pasta Bolognese has probably been my favourite freeze dried meal,Summit to eat fried rice is also decent but not a patch on the Bolognese, if your looking for breakfasts then have a try of the oatmeal and raspberry, outstanding
