This is the first time I’ve tried any type of dried expedition food. As a vegetarian I found the selection relatively limited and not being a spicy food fan opted for the LYO Farfalle with Gorgonzola and spinach. I’m so pleased I did! I was blown away by how good it tasted and how quick and easy it was to prepare. Perfect for a hard day in the saddle bike packing and set me up ready for another day in the hills.
